1. Users are not allowed to loan any newspapers.
2. Users are required to return to its original place after reading.
3. User are not allowed to bring the materials outside from the Serial section.
4. Permission from the librarian are required for photocopy purpose.

* Due to covid-19 pandemic,there will be no newspaper inside the library
